Mat Pilates Teacher Training

Dates: Friday 11th- Sunday 13th September
Format: Hybrid learning + 3-day practical immersion

Practical Immersion

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 

10:30am - 4:00pm
(Time TBC)

The in-person immersion focuses on teaching, practical application, and developing the confidence required to instruct real clients.

Before attending the immersion, students complete the online theory modules, allowing the practical sessions to focus on coaching, teaching skills, movement application, and instructor development.
