We’re Hiring Pilates Instructors
Elevate is growing — and we’re looking for talented, passionate instructors to grow with us.
Located on Greifswalder Straße in Prenzlauer Berg, our boutique studio offers high-quality mat and reformer classes in a calm, welcoming space. At Elevate, we believe movement should feel good — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and we’re building a team of instructors who share that vision.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re currently hiring:
Reformer Pilates Instructors
Mat Pilates Instructors
Freelancers or part-time team members
Whether you’re seasoned or just getting started, we’re looking for people who:
Hold a Pilates certification (Reformer and/or Mat)
Have at least 1 year of teaching experience
Are confident leading group classes and one-on-one sessions
Communicate clearly and kindly — in English (German is a plus)
Create an inclusive, body-positive atmosphere
Are reliable, enthusiastic, and bring great energy to class
