SABRINA
STUDIO MANAGER / HEAD COACH
Sabrina has always been passionate about movement. Trained in classical ballet and later in modern, flamenco, and sports dance, she competed nationally, often placing among the top finalists. Over time, her practice evolved into a holistic approach that blends functional training, Pilates, yoga, and deep stretching—disciplines that shaped her philosophy of mindful, body-aware movement. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, she combines anatomical knowledge with a creative, people-centred teaching style focused on precision, control, and strength built through awareness rather than repetition. Integrating musicality to enhance coordination, rhythm, and flow, Sabrina inspires others to move with intention, confidence, and joy. -
